your trusted legal partner
C. Blake Toellner is an attorney based in Woodward, Oklahoma, with a strong commitment to serving the people of Northwest Oklahoma. Originally from Tahlequah, Blake was inspired by her father, who served their local community as an honest and hardworking attorney for over 45 years. His example instilled in her the values of integrity, dedication, and service—principles she proudly carries into her own legal career.
Blake earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University before earning her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She was the first student to complete the 3+3 law program, an accelerated path that allowed her to complete both her undergraduate and law degree in just six years. During law school, she was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll, competed on the arbitration team, and was a top 16 finalist in her first-year moot court competition.
Blake began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor in District 27, where she handled a wide range of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. She also served as the overseeing prosecutor for the Mental Health Court. Blake later became the supervising attorney for the Child Support Division in District 27, where she advocated for families and children in the community. She has also completed the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Associate Training, further strengthening her expertise in family law.
Beyond her legal work, Blake is actively involved in local civic and faith-based organizations. She serves as the Woodward County board member for the Fort Supply Preservation Authority and is a member of her local church. She is also a sitting board member for Circle of Care, a faith-based organization committed to serving children and families across Oklahoma.
Blake is passionate about her faith, her family, and her community. She and her husband, Bailor, are proud to raise their children in Woodward. Blake looks forward to building a relationship rooted in trust, compassion, and service for her clients across Northwest Oklahoma.
